1. Independent Referral Entity Disclosure
IMPORTANT CONSUMER NOTICE: Clearwater Refrigerator Pro is an independent referral entity and marketing service that connects consumers, callers, and leads with screened local appliance repair technicians. Clearwater Refrigerator Pro does not directly perform appliance repair services. Any third-party service provider dispatched is an independent contractor. All pricing, quotes, service guarantees, and warranties are issued directly by the participating independent service technician.
2. Agreement Between Customer and Service Contractor
By calling (727) 387-0008 or submitting an online dispatch request, you acknowledge that any contractual agreement, service engagement, warranty coverage, or financial transaction is strictly between you (the customer) and the independent service technician or company dispatched to your premises.
3. Pricing, Estimates, and Warranties
While Clearwater Refrigerator Pro requires participating network technicians to maintain transparent, flat-rate pricing and minimum 90-day parts and labor guarantees, exact estimates are established by the technician after conducting an on-site physical diagnosis of your appliance. Diagnostic service call fees are typically waived when you approve and complete the recommended repair.
4. Limitation of Liability
Clearwater Refrigerator Pro shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any independent service contractor dispatched through our service.
5. Governing Law
These terms and disclosures shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and Pinellas County.
